No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation, do recommend it. Thank you very much all for a wonderful stay by another night. Magnificent and perfect location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Near a train station, just like we wanted. The staff was pleasant and affable and the owner too.

The location was perfect, situated in a lovely local area close to the village of Saxilby. the bed and breakfast was conveniently located near Lincoln city centre, supermarkets, pubs, pharmacies, food shops, and takeaways. - I loved that it was only a short walk of max 145 minutes to the lake.

The room was super clean and had plenty of space. It had nice little extras here and there, and the breakfast was delicious. Don't forget the cute garden out back! 🌿
